I was going to purchase this Electrolux Handstick assuming it is/was champagne in color. Luckily before I ordered it I contacted the seller,
Hobby Warehouse I, to see if they had it in stock and what colors are available from them. They replied that the only color they have is grayish black which is not what their picture shows.
I am glad I found this out before I placed the order as it would have been wrong and not the color I ordered or expected. Amazon needs to know this about this company and beware to all future Hobby Warehouse I patrons.
P.S….This is going to be my second Electrolux Hand Vac. It is awesome.

My wife and I purchased this useless piece of garbage to replace a similar product under the auspices that it being an electrolux must be of high quality. Immediately I noticed that the vacuum was extremely difficult to pull backwards on a carpet, as though the wheels do not work. Then after the third use the spinning mechanism on the bottom stopped working because hair got stuck in the bottom. It was relatively easy to remove, but now every third time we use it, we have to perform minor surgery on this piece to remove the hair. We live in a 1 bedroom apartment, we’re not talking about a significant amount of usage.
Absolutely the worst vacuum I have ever owned! Do yourself a favor and do not buy this vacuum!

Bought a 2 in 1 Pronto. Sent an email months ago re: how underpowered it is, especially compared to Black & Decker which I eventually bought. Arrived with minor deficiencies. No response. Grew up with Electroclux. Never again. Shame. Finally threw it away. Wouldn’t even give it to a charity. Doesn’t suck enough, but Electrolux does. Expensive, frustrating, VERY low quality and lack of any manufacturere responsibility. It doesn’t work
